I have visited many dealers in my quest for a new truck. Anthony was the first sales person at any site to meet me on the lot and ask if I needed help. All through the process I didn't feel any pressure and Anthony was exceptional in finding me what I was looking for. He walked me through the process and really seemed to care about me and what I wanted. I highly recommend Anthony and Alexander GMC for your truck needs.

Excellent customer service! Vehicle was in for inspection and service and paperwork was a wreck. They took care of all the legwork and corrected the problems!

Showed up because I saw what I wanted online at a good price. Travelled 2 hours to get there. There were a couple hiccups but they made it happen so I could take my new ride home that day.

It was my second time visiting Blaise Alexander GMC for concerns regarding my 2024 Sierra 1500 Denali. Both times, Dave Ortega went above and beyond in answering questions and working to resolve the issue I am experiencing. Unfortunately, the transmission in GM seems to be poorly designed.

Oil change and state inspection. Satisfactory job completion.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I’ve owned a “certified used” vehicle from them for a year. It has needs rotors replaced multiple times due to their negligence, a new transmission, rear toe links replaced, and left my family stranded and wouldn’t start due to their service department not tightening chords properly before sending the car out the door.

I recently purchased this van in Binghamton, NY. The passenger side power seat didn’t work and the dealer said they would pay for me to have it repaired. When I dropped the van off to you….I told the girl that another dealership was actually paying for the repair. You fixed my power seat issue. You had to run a new wire(s) from the fuse box to the seat. $1240 to do this was really an excessive price, to charge for this. Being a business owner myself, it’s really hard to comprehend your high labor costs. The dealership was extremely upset when they saw the bill also. Hard to believe you would take advantage of another dealership like you did…can you please explain the excessive charges in more detail……?

My husband and I have always had a very good experience with the Bloomsburg dealership , purchased cars and always have any maintenance that was needed done there. Dave Ortega, the maintenance manager is always available for any questions that I need answered .We just purchased a GM Acadia and Anthony Romeo was our sales person. He was so helpful and patient, and not (pushy). I have experienced aggressive sales people at other show rooms, and was impressed with Anthony, and this helped our decision with the purchase

Worst experience ever in purchasing a new vehicle. I have purchased lots of vehicles over my lifetime and this is the worst experience I ever had in 44 years of buying vehicles. Sales manager and general manager would not call me or email. Totally ignored me. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Did the KBB value via their website and received a value that they were willing to buy my truck. Drove two hours and they suddenly ignored the KBB offer and ran a Carfax value and put that my truck was in poor condition. My truck was far from poor condition. Another Blaise Alexander offered more for my trade and they did not care. Totally tried to ripped me off on the trade, they initially even forgot to give me the one rebate until I questioned it. Never gave me any paperwork on what the bottom line of the vehicle was. I asked numerous times for a worksheet showing the bottom line number, never received one. Only received an email with the bottom line. No breakdown or nothing. The salesman would tell me one thing and the finance manager was telling me different things. They would not hold the truck, even after I offered to put a down payment on the vehicle. They made me change my schedule to drop everything and drive two hours to buy the vehicle. I had to rush to get there and once i got there the truck was not even ready yet for me to take delivery. Had to wait. Before i was ready to leave, i noticed they didn't put an emissions sticker on the vehicle. I raised the question and they forgot i lived in a county that has emissions. Once again had to wait for the dealership to place the emissions sticker on the truck. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The strange thing is we left the dealership and made a quick stop at a business down the street and they agreed with me and said they are an awful dealership and that he wouldn't never buy from them.

I had a great experience with my purchase of a new 2025 GMC 1500, the staff was professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and never pressured me to purchase something I did not want. I will definitely return to this dealership on my future purchases.

Very poor communication

My salesperson, Ed G., was very welcoming to discuss a new GMC; discussed what was available and colors available. We discussed the change from Acadia to a Terrain, and I loved the Acadia and really needed because of my husband's health, prior to his death, which gave us room for wheelchair, etc. I enjoyed my prior Terrain and had for more years than most other vehicles I have owned. Ed was thorough in discussing options for loans; answered many questions; very gracious and thoughtful in discussing the changes in vehicles. I was impressed in his stating I could contact him with any questions. My experiences for this purchase with your GMC dealership for my 1st car purchase at your dealership was excellent! Many thanks! Oil change and tire rotation normal. But some how I got a trailer hitch ball put in my trailer hitch receiver. It was mine. That made for an interesting day. I did take it back to service department for them figure it out.

Had to have my vehicle towed in late on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, due to a backlog, my vehicle diagnostics could not be checked until the next Wednesday morning. After giving permission to order the parts needed for repair, things moved very quickly and I received a call late Wednesday afternoon that my vehicle was ready for pickup. As always, the advice received on the repair was reliable and the entire staff very professional in keeping me posted on the status of the vehicle.

The last 2 times they were reminded to do it and never greased the front of my 2500. My wife took it for service yesterday and she reminded the service writer prior to work about it. When it got home I checked and no grease on the front end grease zerks. The last time I had there the same thing happened and I checked before leaving. The truck had to be pulled back in for the grease.

I noticed my inspection was expired both guys stayed late to give an inspection and change oil. I felt bad but they didn't make me feel like it was any inconvenience they were very pleasant and professional.

Alexander Family dealership of Bloomsburg always has taken care of my GMC truck. The service personnel are always polite, and professional. This time I needed a battery for the truck along with the remote start, being this close to Christmas and light on personnel Minique the service advisor was able to fit me in on short notice. I purchased this truck new in 2020, and the only personnel that takes care of this vehicle is Alexander. I would and I do recommend this dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle truck or car. Great Job, Merry Christmas along with a Happy New Year to the personnel at this dealership.
